Customers must be 19 years of age or older on Fridays, Saturdays, and holiday weekends, as well as every day after 9:00 PM.
The space is calculated based on how many people can comfortably fit in the room. If capacity exceeds the stated maximum, there is a $5.00 per person/per hour surcharge and you must confirm your final guest count.
No outside food or drinks are allowed. (Except For Cakes)
Cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation to receive a full refund.
Same-day reservations are non-refundable.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit your reservation. Late arrivals are still billed for the full reserved time.
Fridays, Saturdays, and holiday weekends require a minimum 2-hour booking.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to customers' property.
All guests must comply with the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act while on the premises.
On weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and holiday weekends) from 9 PM to 3 AM, each guest must spend at least $20 on food or beverages in addition to the room charge; one consolidated bill per group.
For everyone's safety, the entire karaoke area is monitored by video recording.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all contact details provided (such as email and phone number) are correct. BarZunko will not be held responsible for any issues, missed communications, or booking complications caused by inaccurate information submitted by the customer.
